Lloydshare Consulting is not there to address the ways in which our own Loyalty Repayment product can improve your sales – our Resort Representatives take care of that as a standard service!  Lloydshare Consulting does not provide legal advice or opinions on any specific legal challenges a resort may be facing.  However, Lloydshare may be able to assist with negotiation strategies which can be applied to preliminary discussions with clients in order to help avoid legal proceedings.

Do failing resorts all have some management practice in common?  Do the more successful resorts do it differently?   

Lloydshare Consulting knows that even successful resorts may value a different, independent minded perspective on its operations.  Very often there can be sedimented practices that don’t get challenged for years, because everyone knows it is practice favored by someone highly placed within the company.  Lloydshare Consulting’s recommendations will not be hindered or constrained by these types of politics.  They will enable your management team to start a conversation based on hard findings. We’re not here to tell you what to do, just to lay on the table what your situation is, what our experience highlights for us, and to suggest what you could do to implement real, lasting, valuable change.

We follow three key steps:

Research – We talk to the right and relevant parties, and look at the information you have, or recommend a quick gathering of the right and relevant information.

Diagnosing Problems – To make an accurate diagnosis of the situation, Lloydshare Consulting might need to redefine the problem. A large percentage of the value we offer lies in our ability to diagnose a problem accurately.

Our Recommendation – We will typically conclude our review by giving an oral presentation, supported by a written report. This report will include detailed recommendations as to what the client should do next. These reports should present the relevant information clearly and provide a detailed analysis.  It is then left to the client to decide whether to follow this plan.

That’s it, from your perspective.  From our perspective, there is a fourth stage.
